Refund Policy

Effective: April 2026 · TISSA Consulting LLC

1. Deposits

All engagements require an upfront deposit before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. The deposit secures your project timeline and resources.

2. Payment Structure

TISSA engagements follow a milestone-based payment structure:

  • Express Diagnostic (Tier 1): 100% due before project start.
  • Brand Master Book (Tier 2): 50% deposit / 30% at Gate A (strategy approval) / 20% at Gate B (pre-flight acceptance).
  • Owner's Rep (Tier 3): Billed quarterly in advance.

3. Cancellation by Client

If you cancel an engagement:

  • Before work begins: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • After work begins, before Gate A: Deposit is non-refundable. No further payments due.
  • After Gate A approval: Deposit + Gate A payment are non-refundable. Work completed to date becomes property of the client.
  • Owner's Rep retainer: Cancel with 30 days written notice. Current quarter is non-refundable. No further quarters billed.

4. Cancellation by TISSA

TISSA reserves the right to terminate an engagement if the client fails to provide required materials, misses scheduled milestones, or breaches the terms of the MSA. In such cases, work completed to date is delivered and payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.

5. Revisions

Each engagement includes 2 rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revision rounds are billed at $12.50 per round, as specified in the engagement terms.

6. Intellectual Property

Final deliverables are released and licensed to the client upon full payment. No deliverables, source files, or brand assets are transferred until all outstanding invoices are settled.

7. Late Payments

Payment terms are Net 5 / Due Date. A late fee of 5% per month applies to invoices unpaid after 15 days past the due date. TISSA reserves the right to pause work on the project until outstanding balances are resolved.

8. Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Zelle
  • ACH / Wire Transfer
  • Check payable to TISSA Consulting LLC

9. Disputes

If you believe a refund is warranted outside of these terms, contact us at info@tissaconsulting.com. We will review the request and respond within 10 business days. All disputes are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
