Quality Mark

The Quality Mark is TISSA's annual certification signaling that a brand has achieved and maintained mastery of the 4C Standard. It is not a one-time badge — it is earned through sustained performance across measurable criteria over a full operating year.

Eligibility requires a 4C average of 4.0 or higher out of 5, a Spec-Match rate of 90% or above, an Adoption Index of 85% or higher, governance running on cadence (monthly Brand Council, quarterly Field Audit), and an Exception Burden with all variances resolved within 30 days.

The Quality Mark serves as a signal to boards, partners, recruits, and the market that the brand operates with discipline. It is the difference between saying your brand is consistent and proving it with auditable evidence.

Why it matters

Most brands claim consistency but cannot prove it. The Quality Mark provides independent, measurable certification that the brand operates at a professional standard. It reduces due diligence friction, strengthens partner confidence, and gives leadership a defensible answer when the board asks about brand health.
